I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the friendly staff and great beach access were standout positives, the room cleanliness left much to be desired. The loud music from the pool kept me up late, and some amenities felt worn down. Overall, it had some charm, but there were definitely areas for improvement.

The rooms were quite large but not as clean as I expected from a Westin. They faced the pool, which meant I could hear loud music until almost 11 pm.

The service was excellent; the staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to help me, especially when they assisted in finding my daughter's missing doll.
